The capital city of the Czech Republic is located in the heart of Europe. It is the cultural, the economic and the political center of the country due to its location and also an important milestone in European transport. Prague is introduced for its visitors as a remarkable cultural center with a huge number of theaters, museums, galleries and exhibition halls. A special feature of Prague is unusually broad range of architecture, the city boasts important monuments of all architectural styles.

The Prague castle

The Prague Castle is the most important monuments, truly a proud symbol of the Czech capital. The castle was for more than a thousand years as the seat of Czech kings. Nowadays it is the official residence of the President of the Czech Republic and a complex of many monuments such as St. Vitus Cathedral, Royal Palace, St. George's Basilica, Golden Lane, etc.

The Astronomical Clock

The Prague Astronomical Clock dates from 1410 and it is situated on the south side of the Old Town Hall. A procession of the 12 Apostles and other moving characters that appear every hour between 9:00am and 9:00pm are very popular tourist attraction.

The Charles Bridge

Střelecký ostrov

Kampa

Golf - Motol
